Newbury Scale Model Club, goes visiting.
The Chairman and his Secretary, should be popping along to Newbury Model Railway Club on Friday 5th Feb.
There seems to be some common interests both Clubs might be able to share.
More on this when we get it.

Hello Bill and welcome to the world of Newbury Scale Model Club on line.
Don’t forget, ALL MEMBERS, its AGM time.
Its time for the old committee to stand down, and a new committee to step forward and be voted in.
All members are expected to be there. Your votes do count.
Happy New year.
P.S. Don’t forget, bring a freshly finished model along as well.
Also everyone please try and bring a camera. It will help on those occasions when your normal photographer isn’t available.
7pm onwards.
British Legion, Newbury.
Good news, for the first time since my involvement with Newbury Scale Model Club it can be announced that as from January 2010 annual membership has been reduced from £36 to £20 per year.
I hope this gives everyone a little something to celebrate about.
Happy New year.
With nothing in the inbox to write about, no photographs to post, all I can do is wish you a very warm and happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.
All NSMC members keep working on the Group Build, the carry box and base trays are nearly complete. So we’ll have something to get stuck into during the January meeting.
Until then.
Happy Modelling.

Well done to Bob Orr and Kevin Peart for organising such a well executed show.
Probably some of the country’s finest figure painters must assemble at this show.
This year some of the exhibits on display were once again breath taking.
For all Photo’s please go to the Events gallery section Bugle Call.
We also have a whole load of video footage for you to view over on youtube.
(The cam corder is still a new tool and getting used to it is going to take time so please excuse the lack of comentary and shaky and out of focus shots.)
Awaiting show report from one of the Club members who attended. More shortly.
This just in from our Chairman Ian Bartlett.
whats to say really?
Myself, Bill Brignall, John Cooper and Richard Dawes in attendance.
A small show, probably about 6 club displays, no competition, mainly second hand kit and book stalls, no tools, paints or accessories available.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly people, but a bit quiet really, in terms of visitors. Museum of Army Flying is ok as a model relevant venue, but all a bit quiet. Thanks to the organisers for inviting us.
