New 1/35 scale releases from Accurate Armour
For those of you with a fondness for 1/35 scale modern British armour, immaculately detailed resin kits and seemingly infinitely deep pockets, Accurate Armour have finally released models of the Jackal-1&2 SRV’s and the Coyote TSV(L), the replacement vehicles for the British Army’s Snatch Landrovers.
The kits have been developed with the close cooperation of Supacat Ltd, the manufacturer of the vehicles, and the UK MoD. They are all highly detailed kits intended for the experienced modeller.
This 1/35th scale resin and etched brass kit by David Jane and Rob Tearle depicts the JACKAL-1 Surveillance and Reconnaissance Vehicle (SRV), designed by Supacat in the UK for the British Army.
Introduced in 2008 (and initially known as M-WMIK), the stunning cross country performance, firepower, payload capacity and endurance made the Jackal an instant success.
Jackal-1 continues to serve in a number of different configurations and with many units. Versions of the HMT design are also in service with other Nations. More details of this kit can be found here.
This particular model depicts the standard 4×4 configuration fitted with additional crew protection armour and seats, 0.50 Cal and gpmg.

Coyote continues to serve in a number of different configurations and with many units. Versions of the HMT 600 design are also in service with other Nations.
