Steve Wright has provided more in-progress shots of his Mississippi Queen
Associate Club member Steve Wright has updated his Gallery page with a few more photos of his latest build, Revell’s 1/271 scale Mississippi Queen. According to Steve, the hull looked a bit plain so he roughly scribed some planking into the plastic and added a layer of floor polish to seal the paint in. This was followed by a wash of abtielung wash brown, a further layer of floor polish then the stair case was masked off and airbrushed with Tamiya XF5.
